Outboard Motor Hoists / Outboard Lifting Davits & Accessories
The longer reach 'cruising' Easy-Lift Hoist / Lifting Davit has a lifting arm of 36ins/90cms and is suitable for yachts with a freeboard of up to 66ins/167cms and should also be considered if the beam of your inflatable is much more than 60ins/150cms.
The 'standard' Easy-Lift Hoist / Lifting Davit has a lifting arm of 29ins/72cms, which is sufficient to lower the outboard on to the dinghy transom where the height of the yacht deck above the waterline (freeboard) is up to around 54ins/135cms. Both the S25 and C25 can be attatched to any upright section of rail with a diameter of 25mm/1ins

Probably not. It will still be necessary in most cases, to loosen the outboard and lift it the 3 or 4 inches to clear the top of the bracket, before lowering it and letting the hoist take the weight.
Crucially though, the manoeuvre can be made without any bending of backs, and no need to transport the motor from one part of the cockpit to another.
Designed to be operated SINGLE HANDED Can be controlled from your deck OR from your dinghy
Safe, easy and straightforward to use
Set up and ready to use in a just a couple of minutes
No drilling required, just tighten up three bolts
Portable, weighs less than 7lbs
WEIGHT REDUCTION RATIO 4:1. Equiped with double Barton pulley blocks as standard, which means that even an 6-8hp engine weighing in at around 60lbs, becomes relatively easy to handle and manoeuvre. Choose either S - Standard, or C - the longer reach Cruising version.
